Shipping Policy
We currently deliver products across India where courier services are available. Orders are processed and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe to ensure product freshness and safe delivery.
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and order volume. Generally, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, or operational issues.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive updates regarding order tracking and delivery status through email, SMS, or WhatsApp communication.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped or marked as out for delivery. Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated to the original payment method.
Please note that orders which have already been dispatched or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Returns & Exchanges
We take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if a customer receives a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, a return or exchange request may be considered.
Customers are requested to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and report any issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the order. To process return or exchange requests, customers may be asked to share product images and order details for verification purposes.
Return or exchange requests are subject to approval after proper review by our team.
Products eligible for return or exchange must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging condition along with proof of purchase. Opened, used, or tampered food products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Certain products such as perishable items, customized orders, sale items, or promotional products may not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.
If approved, the refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
Shipping charges and packaging charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, leaking, or different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately with proper images and order details so we can resolve the issue at the earliest.
